Is there a way to have the arrows placed on the charts to point horizontally rather than vertically?

Unfortunatly not, the feature set of the Arrow tool is very limited in the moment.

Just found this thread. Love your charting package.

My question is, is there a way to move the text values and/or prices on fibs and pivot point tools in particular, somewhere other than on the left most side.

Ideally, I'd like to extend the zones and then locate those fields off to the right side where they do not visually interfere with things. Often the candle itself blanks out the data. This is primarily an issue with high TF charts that get updated over time like daily and weeklies.

As one pic is worth many words... here is a weekly chart as example. I have a weekly pivot inside of a long term fib. At this point I just toggle between hiding one of the tools and bring it up when needed, but that doesn't work when both may need to be shown at once.

Thank you for the feedback. Positioning of the prices is currently purely automatic. We'll consider adding more control to that in the future.

When I draw a fibonacci arc and I zoom in or out, the arc does not remain in a fixed position. I'll provide some examples using a daily chart.

On the first chart, I have highlighted two areas where price is sitting just above the 61% arc and where it bounced off the 38% arc. This is how the chart first appears without having made any adjustments. The second chart is zoomed in and the third chart is zoomed out. As you can see, the arcs have shifted significantly on both charts. It appears that the arcs contract when zooming in and expand when zooming out. I don't understand why this would occur when the timeframe remains the same. Is there a way to correct this?

Rob is there a way to convert MT4 files like indicator code to Teletrader Language, Is there a secret converter you guys have there at FXSol, or can your coders convert them for us. Or make a tutorial in converting MT4 parameters into TT Language. Thanks.

Hi, no, we don't have such converter, but we convert MT4 indicators on a regular base, if an nidicator looks interresting to more people. Just send us the indicator code you like to see converted, maybe we can help.

Btw. I would also appreciate an ACCUCHARTS Sub Forum, maybe the guys running FF can make this happen?

Old and often discussed problem. As zooming in charts mainly affects the horizontal axis, any circular tool would need to be changed to an ellipse to keep the same positions. As far as we know it is not standard among charting software to do this. Do you know any other charting packages solving this issue differently?

I'm sure that most, if not all, Accuchart users are aware that to display information about any candle (open, high, low, close, volume) all one has to do is line up the mouse pointer on it and press and hold the left (normally) mouse button. The display also shows other information about indicatiors and lines which are drawn on the chart. I just discovered that if you display the information about the current candle, the volume is displayed in real-time. I know that volume is broker specific but I still consider this a little golden nugget. I wanted to know if it is possible to freeze the display so that it can be shown on the screen at all times, thus allowing a trader to see the change in volume. If not, pass along word to include such a feature in the next upgrade. :-)

I guess using the Crosshair cursor does what you are looking for:

- select the crosshair cursor from the toolbar
- move it to the bar you like to monitor
- release the mouse button
- the data info will keep updating the information from that bar

I am quite sure you run an older version with a bug in the Text Tool which causes crashes. Please send a Support Package (Help Menu -> Send Support Package) so we can check.

Latest FX AccuCharts version as of May 27 2008 is: 7.0.0.569

can you transform this 3level zigzag became multilevel zigzag
this multilevel zigzag was limited by 8buffer so if u transform to accuchart it will be unlimited,and i can chose how many level i want [so ican make elliot wave]

u can transform mt4 indic 1/2~3days so you can blow up the forum, make the admin belive open the subforum is agood idea
you can transform nolag... [like nolagMA] step... [nina_stepMA] well there alot indic need to transform to accuchart it good for all

Hi everyone, i am Sammy and new here and in fx. I have demo traded for a while. Right now i want to get in live, but i need a good pivot point indicator that would tell me the exact ENTRY and EXIT points. Can any one help me out with one?

1. I am running V 7.0.0.541 Jan 30 2208. Checking for updates says I'm running the most recent version. Should I download new version directly or wait a bit for the update thing to get the message? I have no problems I'm aware of (well, not chart related anyway... )

2. Just to confirm, if and when I do update, are my current work and indicators all safe in my saved workspaces?

Afaik this also fixed in 563. Do you still experience the problem? If yes, please send the support package (and please mention our conversation here so we can find it)
