True. But do you think CHF will not weaken either? I just it was funny, that IF GBP/JPY goes up, it's doing same thing as GBP/CHF a day late.
this day is sort of wicked, safe haven CHF and YEN were sold in favour of a bullish USD. i dont know what they are up to or what they know what i dont. however, if nothing else moves but the USD part, all currencies move likewise up/down.

i'd really like to know for what reason they should do that all together, not tomorrow, there is no news for that. it smells like having sth. to do with the interest rate statement on wednesday. or a desperate try to push usd higher as a type of sentiment it has been down long enough lol. however, no reason for that to believe either. so what can it be? a nice experiment in what risk taking can achieve for a trend change, a silent collective central bank intervention or a bull trap. however, i stay short usd till i have a real reason for getting out.

yeah, the date would fit. but the snb is not the only one to sell usd, boj does as well as many others.
my theory is that we currently see all currencies winding down, for that we will see bull phases of usd. so usd isnt getting any better, but the effects on world economy weaken the other currencies so that usd appears better just in relation. this as least would make sense of the silly up and down of all currencies over the recent months.
i know, sounds a bit paranoid but i can see no reason for a bottom of that process yet.

and finally this would explain why we can see a steady rise in commodities. this then measures the real deficit.

Look at USD/CHF daily, that's an auction candle. I don't think gold will go much more down, and euro will bounce back up. The US wants a devalued dollar until they are out of Iraq. imho.

nope, way too risky. i'm shorting gj because i think uj will go down. i'm not sure about pound, it is likely to recover to 9850 but if it breaks 9680 it will head down to somewhere at 95XX.
