Position Sizing

If someone is using bid charts to trade from and using the difference in pips between the high and low of a bar to get the entry and stop loss to use for figuring position sizing from, should he add in the spread for Position Sizing since ask prices are not in the bid chart bars, or does it not really matter to much.

It really depends on what time-frame you are using. If, for example you're using daily charts it wouldn't matter much, but if you're scalping the significance of the spread increases because it represents a higher percentage of your stoploss.

Personally I don't even pay attention to the spread (I use a 100 pip trailing stop loss) but I am trading longer term.
