Read the recent IMF report on Australian economy and better still talk to an Australian to see if the economy is that rosy. Just look at China after their Olympics where there will be significant slowdown in growth.

If they had been more proactive then US will be in a better place but I think USD will recover in the 3rd quarter. Anyway 6 months is not enough to solve the housing problem, give them a year to 2 for things to recover.

Remember Malaysia's crises in 1997, I think it look at least 5 years to recover.

I was studying and working in the UK from 1996 till 2004 (Italy 1994-96). I was there when 1Pound = RM4 then suddenly changed to 1Pound = RM7. Planning to further my study in the USA with my wife in the near future. InsyaAllah.

I prefer not to HEDGE... I did SELL FROM BOUNCE then Cable just straight Shooting UP... Either cut the loss OR hedge. I beleive in my Fundamental Analysis that Cable can't go very high and need to come down. Therefore... I took the option of HEDGING. It's the most DIFFICULT strategy in Trading. Not recommended for new traders. I don't simply HEDGE at any time. I only Hedge when my Technical and Fundamental analysis CONTRADICTING each other.

Therefore... If a trader know how to do both TECHNICAL analysis and Fundamental analysis... it's an ADVANTAGE.

Only play the GAME if you know the RULES.

I think in Forex no proper rules, sometimes you dont even know what hit you even after doing so much analysis. My only rule money management. Thats it.

That is one of the Rules The most important rules... the MM. High Risk = High Reward... Low Risk = Low Reward. I wouldn't dare discussing about it because different traders have different RISK perception. Play it SAFE... Play it RIGHT... Play it SMART.

If wanna play very very very save... might as well put the money in the FD or ASB or other type of investment. Guaranteed more than 5% return each year :

It's all about PERCEPTION:

A boy climbing a tree naked might say to a man climbing very high on ROCK (with proper safety gear)... "Wow... that's very DANGEROUS man!"

If the Man fall... at least the rope might safe him from disaster. Whereas, if the boy fall (climbing naked) even from a short tree... the boy might break his neck.

RISK and DANGER can be categorized into two section:

1) REAL RISK/DANGER
2) PERCEPTIVE RISK/DANGER.

In conclusion... no right or wrong. Just know what you are doing... as long as making profit... keep on doing it. If just keep on losing... must be something wrong somewhere... need to REVIEW and IMPROVISE.

I Unhedge this morning... CABLE now fall below the DAILY PIVOT Alhamdulillah...

Just Placed Another SHORT after CABLE broke the Morning RANGE. Will place 1 pip Green SL soon on that one.

If CABLE down to BE (my yesterday SELL position)... I'll be more than happy. InsyaAllah.

risk is every where. the question is do you know how to handle it? do you have guts to face it. that's why i posted a trade with 1 pips = $50 (next time i'll post 1 pip = $250 where my record is 1 pip=$550). fear will not kill you but moving in without knowing what is inside there (blindly without fear) will kill you. hehe..thats all for today.
