You can change it to either option 1 or 2 under the inputs tab, whichever you'd like to use.

Can you explain why you changed to the above indication. What additional information does this indicator now provide and how are you using it.

Inverse Fisher Transform-RSI. It is similar to Laguerre-ACS1 we have been using. It can be used either alone or with Laguerre-ACS1 (to see if they agree). It just allows us to have the ability to filter out some of the less desirable trades. Using the new settings on the SolarWind-ACS3will provide us an earlier entry and exits than the original version.

hI Mer,

I notice that these few days, your system doesnt provide any valid signal(Either buy or sell) for all pairs. Just to make sure i am also seeing the correct thing , the same as you.Am i correct?

That's correct, a lot of pairs have had some trades close already and are waiting for directional changes or retraces. Remember, I mentioned we don't have a ton of trades using this system that's why it is best to use quite a few pairs so you can have more opportunities. But the trades you do get in are usually pretty big and fairly safe. You can't let greed take control of your trading, you must exercise patience using the higher timeframes.

Currently, the pairs I am most interested right now are the Gbp/Chf, Try/Jpy, Eur/TRY, Usd/Try, and Aud/Cad which are close to being set for trades over the next several days. Especially watch the Try pairs due to the great swap rates.

Hi Mer,

I do not have pair TRY in interbank platform, so cannot trade on this pair.
Another question, do you take COT report into consideration ?as it can be used to determine the direction (at least serve as a guidelines).

I basically use just whats on my charts. News events and so for do not have a huge influence on carry trades of these lengths. I am not saying you can't use them as you should use what you know to help make your trade decisions.

No, because remember all the indicators must be crossing down through the level for a short (See pic). The black line indicates a good trade and the red line doesn't. Again, these are the rules I stick to, that's not to say you couldn't take the trade for a small profit.

Here is some of the pairs I'm watching right now. First is Eur/Usd and Gbp/Usd. I am counting the touch of the trendpower on the Gbp/Usd as a cross.

Yes, i am watching these few pairs also.
I feel that Solar wind gives a slow, but definite signal to us for our entry.
once is above 0.3 or below -0.3, we can place a trade.
Am i right, mer ?

That is correct, but make sure to refresh your charts right before you enter to get the true picture.

Alright we have our first PowerSwing trade on Gbp/Usd. When we refreshed our template after the new candle we had a break of the Solar Wind for our confirmation long. We do have some confluence at the 23.6 fib and the 5/8 Murrey level and also the 38.2 and the 4/8 Murrey level, so watch out for possible reversal around these areas. Expected target is around 2.0729 or the 76.4 fib retracement from the last major downswing (in green). It'll be up to you to take your profit.

Looks like you're fundging a little with only a touch of TrendPower as opposed to going through TrendPower correct?

I will demo trade and look forward to following this thread.
