so if people go after Jason legally and he's 'transferred' the business under Hosea, how does Hosea get affected by his association with Jason?

He has shown the good intentions to help people by opening a free room whereas Jason tried to collect 2 months money and combine his room with some other trader.
i agree that between Jason and Kinn, kinn was the real trader. glad to see he's going to continue the free room until he makes pips, but let's be honest, if he didn't keep the room free, who'd sign up with those kind of results? he has no choice but to do so if he wants to attract a following and make money from subscriptions. you make it sound like he's doing it for altruistic reasons. to really help people would be to teach them to fish so they can go it alone

i'm not a tech person either but come on what are the chances that in this whole big world, 3 people all have the same server who were members of PS and now arent? i'm guessing quite remote

I actually dont know whether the ip s are the same or not also. Look at hakunas journal.. Fer is talking to Hakuna in post #1798. Is he nuts to say merry christmas to himself?? And there are more examples to that. We all be going to be detectives if this goes on. Twee is the new mod and I guess he tries his best but in this case an experienced mod like smjones would handle this mess better I guess. If people should have been banned they should have been banned when the infraction occured not weeks later a situation like this has been occured. Hakuna and pipchick are two important names in here and anybody can see their contribution to the forum (especially Kinn's)and the mods here can easily judge who to look after. Differing the healthy apples from the rotten... but what they did was banning everybody involved in this mess...
LOL.. Looking at the things he had done already, it wont be a surprice if Kinn would have done that. No Doubt.

yes, actually he learned that from Nick/Vanessa of Forex Clarity some years ago. Kim...as he was known back in those days was the caller in Nick's room...guess what, Nick kicked him out for making bad calls.

Jason, (I know you're reading these posts) I hope that by now you've realized
that there is such a thing as a BAD KARMA. Please, for your, your familys' and your business' sake DO THE RIGHT THING!
Give back the money to the people that ask for it, invite back the CUSTOMERS you kicked out (with apology) and offer to everyone a free month of April
(time you should use to set up everything correctly so you're running a business you can be proud of)
I guarantee you, in an instant this huge weight will come of your shoulders and the bad vibes that emanate from here and other places will
also dissipate within a couple of days. I know you are a proud man. Is your reputation worth taking a hit like that.
There is already talk of legal action, people know where you live and they will hound you down they way you are hounding them down and kicking out from your room.
The stuff that is already online ( and it will probably get worse) will haunt you for the rest of your life. You know that with internet once the Genie is out of
the bottle it's impossible to put her back in. You seem to be a religious man (Saintjay nickname etc.) So I'm appealing to you from this angle as well. What you are doing is
not honorable and would qualify as a sin with under faith.
Lastly, something you probably understand the best - money.
I truly think if you do what I'm and others here that are wishing you well are suggesting and you concentrate on trading (instead of putting out the fires
and fighting with windmills) and regain your trading Mojo, you might actually get more customers/money in the long run.
Jason you have the power to stop the bleeding now. Please DO THE RIGHT THING!!!

Boy what a roller coaster this was for Jen and I. I don’t believe that Kinn and Jason purposefully set out to scam anyone. They just thought that with their abilities, there was a lot of money to be made for them.

I joined the room when it was free and was asked by them to be a mod. They were familiar with me through my posts on FF. It was a great concept. The first 2 weeks of the paid room went well. But behind the scenes, I was having difficulties with Kinn and his abruptness. He wanted to just share trades and do no teaching. I wanted to teach also. Kinn’s personality was to be very direct, which I was uncomfortable with. I also didn’t always agree with his trades but it was very difficult to tell Kinn so. There was more than one occasion where Clint and i tried to tell kinn to not take a trade but he did so anyways. after they turned out to be losers, he'd just hang up on us then go bitch to jason

Jason decided, for his own reasons, to ban kinn from the room. Afterall, he was the sole owner of the business. Well those of us behind the scenes felt that things would get back on track with Kinn gone and we’d be the great trading team that we had hoped for. I even asked my trading partner to join.

Well things didn’t go so well even after Kinn left. We didn’t agree with some of Jason’s trades. We also didn’t like the boasting he was doing, nor the excuses he gave for no trades. Meanwhile, we were making pips behind the scenes, trades that weren’t being shared with the room. After over a week of no trades shared in the room, after he told everyone that we weren't going to take anymore gj trades, jason traded it behind the scenes. Jen and I were telling him of some setups on other pairs, such as the yen and the swiss but he was busy trading his own account. Jen called him on it and said " Jason don't you think you should be looking at trades for members instead of trading for yourself?"

The next day Jen and I told him that we wanted to share our trades from now on and try to make some pips for everyone. But let me tell you, this is a big undertaking since I felt so much responsibility for my trades. But I knew we were good traders so with time we’de do well with sharing our trades.

But then I read the posts at FF and wondered about some of these business dealings Jason had been involved with in the past and I just wasn’t comfortable with the whole way things were progressing in the room either. I didn’t agree with banning people, I didn’t agree with not refunding people who requested it. Afterall many joined because of Kinn. The last week there, I was told that members were going to be refunded, only to hear him then say in the room that there were going to be no refunds. As much as I wanted to help people learn to trade, I just didn’t want to be associated with Jason anymore. I had a problem with Jason bringing hosea on board so quickly right before the end of the month to lure members into paying for april and beyond.

My timing for quitting sucked. I wish I had done it a week before but it was the last week when the previous businesses of Jason came to light. I felt bad for anyone that signed up because of me and Jen, only to have us quit at the end of the month.

I believe both Kinn and Jason are to blame, both are responsible to refund everyone. I have reason to believe they have spent the money and that’s why they can’t refund anyone. ( Clint and I were on skype with Jason when he was talking to the bank trying to stop one of the wires to Kinn so that’s how I know Kinn did receive money) I made 2k while at pipsnipers , I pride myself on being ethical, a good trader and also in trying to help people so I hope some of you benefited from my knowledge and experience. I’m just sorry how this all ended.

Is this man (I only use this term since Kinn is clearly of the "age" but certainly NOT of the status) serious? Are the subscribers to PS the only folks being duped here?

I have a friend at the Mobile, AL FBI office that I contacted this morning. He indicates that if we truly want justice to be served, that each of us need to file a complaint with the IC3. Since the deadline for Jason and Kinn to "come clean" has expired without any attempt on their part to rectify the situation, I have moved forward with my claims to law enforcement. I would suggest that each of you do the same. In the section asking about monetary damages, just input YOUR claim amount. However, in the "comments" section, list all information about the 480 subscribers and the approximate total amount of money collected, which I have estimated to be just over $300,000.00.
