as BeachBum used to say, please read the thread before asking these questions. all the people who trade fozzy do this. you will learn it better by reading the thread than by just asking here what pairs to trade. that is to decide for yourself. for me, i trade yen pairs with fozzy. they seem to work best for me. final setup hasnt changed much from the beginning. we dont use BBs anymore.

My apologies for not posting here lately; non-Forex business interests have required my using my time differently. The time I used to spend at FF has been needed elsewhere.

A special thanks to those who have sent me a PM about trading: Cisco, gaguil, tdion, majorbillion. Sorry I haven't responded personally!

Yes, I still use my own personal version of the Daily Fozzy method; although I prefer using a 4 hour chart, but again my personal schedule has not allowed me to do much of this lately. Trading a Daily chart provides consistent profits as was originally explained by Fozzy himself. Price Action as taught by James 16 and the use of fibs as well as Support and Resistance levels has improved my trading. And after almost two years of using this method, I have developed a certain "feel" for how to best use this strategy. There is NO substitute for experience.

If you want to trade a daily time frame and have the patience to do so, the Fozzy method will serve you well in the long run.

Hey BB:
Great to have you back. I'm still lurking, still having trouble turning a profit with the Fozzy, I know it's me and not Fozzy. Still trying every combination under the sun, need to pick one and go from there. Thanks for all you have contributed in the past and continue to do.

Jim

Hey BB, this is critical when it comes to any and every strategy presented here. Its great when a trader can take what is given and make it his/her own! Love it!!

G'Day BB,

must be a change in the wind or something, I haven't had a look in here for a while but Baddisons post caught my eye (always worth a read for anyone new here) and there you are.

I really just read posts and try to avoid posting (to many cooks sort of thing), but my reason for posting is simply to concur with your thoughts.

After reading this post inside out (while ago now), and then the J16 thread, I have been combining the two and have to say...to coin a phrase...been having a pretty good fish. The Fozzy Cross, J16 PA + Fibs has lead to consistancy and importantly an easy state of mind where by I don't feel the need to have to "check the charts".

Thanks again for replying to my posts it was, and still is appreciated.

Regards

RBS

zenocorp.......

I'm not sure why this calculation is a problem for you; the method for the USD/JPY is the same as the other pairs you reference. In your example, simply take the ATR of 1.0640, move the decimal two places to the right and multiply by 70%. The result is 0.7448. Your 70% ATR stop = 74 pips. HTH

Sorry, I can't help you because I don't use the EA, just my version of the Daily Fozzy Method.

Did you get any error messages in the two log files? Do you have the smiling face up in the top right hand corner of the charts? Is your computer on at the start of a new day, 00:00 server time?
You can test to see if the EA is installed properly by running the EA on 1 hour charts. Just set Use_00_GMT=False . The EA will place trades more often and you can see if it is working. Then switch the option back to true to properly trade the daily system.

Most important, did you see trade signals in your manual trading? On this daily system a pair may not trade every week.
