06:06 JPN ECON: BoJ Downgrades Economic Assessment, Economy Slowing Tokyo, April 9. The BoJ notes that the economy is slowing on high energy and raw materials costs and no longer sees moderate economic expansion. Though moderate growth is seen continuing, it may be slower than thought previously. Corporate sentiment is down and this is likely to weigh on CAPEX. Housing will rebound but at a slow pace. CPI is expected to remain positive but still on the low side. The BoJ last downgraded its overall economic assessment in December.

日本央行宣布维持利率不变
北京时间4月9日，日本央行宣布维持利率于0.50%不变。上一次利率改变时间是在07年2月21日升息25点至当前水平。 　　日本央行货币政策委员会9日一致投票决定维持基准利率在0.5%不变，央行对经济仍感担忧，希望收集更多数据。这是日央行新任行长白川方明首度主持决策会议。
　　即日白川方明和六位同僚一致同意维持隔夜放款利率在0.5%不变。日本国会上下两院9日批准白川继任央行行长。
　　白川方明在认定经济是否需要七年来首度降息前，想多搜集证据。最近的数据好坏参半，出口增长及通货膨胀加速，企业信心跌到四年低点，工业生产降温。
　　瑞穗证券公司首席市场经济师Yasunari Ueno 表示，在国内外经济形势低迷的情况下，日央行别无选择，只能长期维持利率不变。
　　白川方明自3月12日起担任央行副行长，且在政府未能选出前行长福井俊彦继任人选后，他代理行长。他8日在国会表示，日央行必要时会显现灵活性，部分分析师认为，这段话代表愿意降息。
　　他强调，日本经济放缓后，"相对可能"会重拾增长动能，但风险仍在，美国面临经济大萧条来最严重的信贷危机，全球金融市场仍然动荡。

Concentrating on CABLE only for today. To know a true break or a false break... wait till the next CS complete forming. If it is well away from the line. Then it's a good breakout. If the CS body in the middle of the line... or only Shadow poking the line... it's a FALSE breakout. The higer the time frame the more accurate it gonna be.

Let this be the BARGAIN price to SHORT. I just SHORTED... manual SL and TP... depending on Price Action.

If these one also turn out to be WORSE than expected... Red News... I assume BOE is forced to cut the rate by 50bp... not 25bp If that happen... a long journey to the south gonna be. We will visiting the BEARGUIN soon at the south pole.. Just a SPECULATION.

This is what I mean by FALSE Breakout... see the Bullish CS penetrating the DAILY PIVOT... half the CS Body. Then the next CS was BEARISH... Half the CS body above... another half below the Pivot. Then the next CS which is forming now... clearly forming well away from the Line. Have to wait another hour to conform that.

p/s: Sometimes price can play at around the Daily Pivot for the whole day and night. Good for scalping if you know how.
