hi bensoll, friend in need is a friend indeed...,...how is the construction bussiness doing?...i suppouse good, since u were not arround, almost nothing...yeah,..long g/chf,..u cant go short, if the trend reverses,...i think am gona go all in, in g/chf,...

3-days trip to Campinas where I'm starting up a fitness clothing company with my sister.

Kinda doing ok so far, but you know, the cattle grows by the owner's eyes LOL....

I haulted my trades a few weeks ago. Just couldn't stand that volatility anymore. Specially after seeing huge profits turned into breakeven trades.

I'm sidelined waiting for an opportunity to go in for the long run, in the carry trades...

as you know, the first rule is save your capital then search for profit
as we far from drawdowns everything is ok
as we near from profits everything is very well

yeaaaah the building and construction business is f*ked up after the hike in the materials prices, you know the cement and steel is near from the gold now LOL

everything else is very well

how are you and your trades and your scalping?

I know the PB in GCHF is good but at least we can wait until we see a higher low in the daily?!

From what I have been reading, risk aversion seems to be back. Traders are betting that the Fed will cut more, $ is weakening across the board.

I closed out my long position in $/CHF, went short and closed out cable long and staying away. we have MPC committe hearings tommorrow and also, since the BOE basically refused to follow in the Feds's footsteps in utilizing tax payers money to bail out banks, Cable may get hit. Which is a good thing. Finally someone stood up to the big banks and said "F@$k NO!!!!".

The poor Consumer Conf and Richmand Fed data gave it a big push down to the 199 level, ~ the 50% retrace of yesterdays rally AND the 15m 200 ema. When it pulled back to the 15m 200 ema yesterday it bounced up 300 pips - I wonder how far it will bounce this time....

I no wot yu meen - don't mind ferinners mis-spelling coz they are just tryin inglish, but when a Canadian or other English speakers use hip-hop spelling and are proud of it, then it's most irritating

oh well it's the weigh of the wurld now I surpose

think i will go boil some carrot's

My pathetic and misguided long on cable last week should cash out at b/e around 1.99 so I will be lucky to have escaped if it does.

mental note: wait for a better trend and a better entry point next time. Never trade when you are tired and frustrated.

how weird that a grizzly nasty consumer confidence number comes out and the markets just ignore it ?

It seems that they just do what they want despite the news unless they are ready to change, at which time they use the news that a squirrel got run over somewhere as an excuse to drop 700 pips or a thousand on the DOW

Most news is factored in long before it is released, unless it is dramatically different from expectations.
