Today saw some nice moves that played right into our pending orders. Though my account balance stayed about the same my equity saw a nice couple percent increase...curretnly sitting just under a 5% increase since I closed out my trades a week or so ago at 10% in profit.
Once I close out my DPTT for today I should also show a positive number in my Account balance.
I will be in and out for the next 1/2 hour and then I will be here making my trades.
I will upload my charts a little later.
Edit: Actually so far I am only able to close 1 DPTT in profit. This leaves me about 50.00 shy of where I started when I close out all my trades at the 10% margin of increase. All this time I have been able to keep my profits and add almost 5% equity to my account...Hot Dog
Once I close out my DPTT for today I should also show a positive number in my Account balance.

I'm glad to hear that some of you can make use of the flow chart. I've made some changes to it based on Damon's latest addition of the TAMB trade rules. I'll finish it up and upload it soon. And, as availdollars suggested to include some chart examples, I'll see what I can do about that. Will take a bit of time to collect good case studies to use for each rule.
So here's my homework for today, Sensei Damon. A few unique situations we're looking at today. Also I'm interested to see if I'm understanding the TAMB trade correctly. If yes, then you guessed right: I LOVE IT!!

I might be fast but I noticed while placing the trades according to my notes that I had TONS of mistakes/typos

When the trend actually reverses and starts to hit these trailing TAMB trades, it'll be lucrative in the beginning. Should we be concerned about the older TAMB orders, which if hit, are more susceptible to loss from reversal?
What if we limit the number of these hedging TAMB trades to a few? After all the purpose of TAMB orders is to capture a quick turn around and catch the new trend earlier, right? 2. Since our NLRE triggered yesterday we would be free to place any other short orders that present themseelves.
3. We would have a DPTT short
4. We would also have a Trend Reversal Trade (TRT) short.
5. All our pending orders and S/L would be placed at the low of Wednesday's bar.
6. We would also place a Long order above the high of Tuesday's bar based up our TAMB trades
Please don't be alamed if you are not getting the same results as me. You will when I have time to give you the rest of the strategies. In the meantime continue to learn how to quickly recognize the trades that I have given you.
I will go an answer posts now before bed.

I think you are right to a point. I was thinking no more than 10 in either direction. I think that would suffice. The other thing is that let's say we have a confirmed Trend Reversal Long, so all our TAMB trades are places short. Then we get a Confirmed Trend Reversal short and it starts eating up our sell stops
. The minute we get a confirmed Trend Reversal Long again, we would close out all the old pending trades and start fresh again.These are the two scenarios that I was thinking about. This way we also don't have orders that are months old and we also wouldn't have overlaping TAMB orders after a few different movments. We should really try to keep things pretty current.
Then if you get lets say 10 TAMB orders and then another one forms you would close out the oldest one that is the farthest away from the current price. The more I thing about it, maybe this should be the set way...to only have 10 and to always eliminate the one that is the farthest away.
Any thoughts?

I was under the impression that we place the TAMB trades on the bar two days prior to the current bar which would make it Monday's bar?

I just arrived back home after a week out, and it's very great to me see how the thread grow.
Tony, TF, and all to give me some suggestions (or who have some problems) with the spreadsheet, please give a day, tomorrow morning I'll began to work on it.

Help!! Big problem!
Something terrible happened tonight. I had to close all my trades because my equity was growing too fast! It reached $1740 which was about 11% of my account equity. And as recommended by Damon, we should close out all trades when running profit = 10% of our account equity. So I did just that. (What a painful problem, huh?
But on a more serious note: now after wiping out all open trades, and looking at all the pendig orders that are left, I just have a bunch of TAMB trades that are the opposite direction of the current trends. And there were some pairs that look like they'll continue strongly on the original trend. So my question now is: how do we start over now? Do I wait until I get a new candle to place new trades in the direction of the continuing trend? Do we treat it like we never closed those trades, and just continue placing trend continuation trades (e.g. DPTT, 1UCT, 1DCT)? Or do we start over and place a new EES trade to begin the process over again?
I'm wondering if it would be worth while to scan through the pairs before closing out, and determine the ones that seem to be in a strong trend and have some room to continue. And maybe let those run and close out the rest. My feeling is that, by closing out of a trade that's in a good trend, it's like pulling ourselves out of trades prematurely only to jump back in at the open of new candle, and in the process missing out on some of the run in between. I wish there were some ways we can use indicators to tell us which of the pairs still have some move left and should remain open.
Would be interested to hear your thoughts on this matter.
