In the hourly, if we take out the 12GMT (pre-news) / 13 GMT (news inside) and 14GMT (speech) it would be like a retracement to 9689 (an important fib).

So it looks like the market didn't give a s#$t about the news. That's why I see long still...

next 15 min candle opening above 9730???

It doesn't seem to matter much anymore. Eventually the market has to catch up to the fundamentals, when is the big question.

Monarch had the High at 1.9667 2 days ago. Subtract that from the Base 1.9606 = 71 pips - times the 61.8% Extension = 44 pips add to 1.9667 = 1.9711 .

High 1.9777 - Low 1.9705 = 72 pips- times 61.8% = 44 pips

1.9667 previous high + 44 = 9711.

That looks like the way Monarch showed me to calculate fib extension.

What you guys thinking on this 9720 area? I'm long at it... But oozing confidence by the seconds....

Maybe 9770s has been the top, afterall...
