Well I see us fighting a huge resistance here... Any excuse to sell USD is able to push Cable up. The way I see it...

BTW, parabolic SAR at 9699 in the 4hr... Just to let things even more interesting..

I wish people would just google simple things like time zones instead of wasting everyone's time on this thread...

Anyway, as far as cable is concerned, looking at the most basic analysis we're still in a downtrend because today we saw a lower high. The trendline from 1.9850 held for a second day in a row.

The Japanese interest rate decision won't necessarily affect cable one way or the other because the JPY has been weak against both GBP and USD so if the Yen drops it will drop against both currencies and if it strengthens it will strengthen against both currencies.

Momentum has definitely shifted strongly towards GBP strength for the time being.

Tuesday Pivot: 236,18.if broken will drop

Supports: 236,40 - 235,90 - 235,29 - 234,96 - 234,60 - 234,45 - 234,17 - 233,83 - 233,55 - 233,21 - 232,22 - 231,68 - 231,25 - 230,68.

Resistances: 236,98 - 237,08 - 237,45 - 237,51 - 237,75 - 238,05 - 238,40.

I decided because yesterday high was 1.9706 .........todays high 1.9701 up to now ......... I am thinking just my opinion .........for today there will be not enough strength to appreciate soon London close

At the risk of stating the obvious, cable is range bound between 9640ish and 9690ish. There's a trendline at the 9688 level that cable really hasn't broken. So today is good for buying dips and selling tips (or peaks and valleys or tops and bottoms, whatever...).

on the daily chart 9695 hit a trendline connecting the highs from early Dec and early Jan; so we have seen the high already and it's down again from here. On the other hand if we decisively break than TL, cable may continue it's overall uptrend in a more convincing fashion.

On the 4h chart we have a flag forming and a bounce off the TL mentioned above could drop us back to low 96's and then up again with another assault to try get past 9700.
