DislikedMy brother in-law is there as well, I just hope they at least have a time out left. Maybe some trick play Bill Cowher style.Ignored
Dislikedworking closely with G/Brown to devalue the pound to a point that the Euro looks good for our industries - then they get our gold.
It wasn't meant as a cheap dig at the many thousand that lost there lives - it started out after the comment about war being good for the USA. i think all wars should be fought on Xbox live.Ignored
DislikedAgree about all wars should be left to video games although I also think that perpetuate the rambo/gunslinger mentality to settle disagreements with violence first.
But I have to admit to be unaware about any German (EU) influence in the pound.Ignored
Dislikeddown by 2. Did you mention there's only 30 seconds on the clock? All jokes aside, two of my friends are in Afghanistan, and Iraq. Hope they get home soon.

DislikedI say we put the leaders of the warring factions into an arena and let them slug it out. Last Man (or Woman) standing wins. No need to waste precious lives, send the politicians to the gallows.

Dislikedthe EU was started with a small group of countries trying to open boarders for trade reasons.
however sinse then, the EU has deceided to become a major force internationally both from a military and an industrial point of view, which has now lead to a massive increase in the number of Eu country members bringing along other problems but making the EU look very big on the MAPS and on Military numbers, there problem now rest with the industry side of things, most of the countries that are joining only export people to the UK as migrant workings and benefit claimers, but none are huge on production/export, so most of europe international export is out of the UK which is not part of the Euro and therefore adds no weight to there numbers, so the 2 biggest players in the eu are trying to bring the uk on board - but the british refuse, mostly out of hate from the past treatment of our tiny little country by france and germany.
however our beloved leaders feel that the Euro would be a good thing for us, it's the only thing left that we are not using as part of Europe, we put money into the EU pot (more than france - yet they get more out of it - Go figure) we travel to the wonderfull locations now available to us without visa's or boarder checks to deal with etc.
But we will not give up our Pound - it's seen as losing the War even though it's been over for many years.
if however the pound can be de-valued enough - industry will turn to protect there profits.Ignored
Dislikedsome of them are so old that i don't think they will make the steps.LOLIgnored
DislikedThey (I'm not calling them Nazi's) have already invaded Switzerland and most of (them) are in Zurich. The average wage in Germany is only a few Euro an hour but here in CH it's more than triple that and most professional jobs pay alot better here as well. I have no problem with this and have a few German friends. None of which are from Berlin where you can find the most arrogant thick headed assholes in the world. They are trying their best to turn their new host country (Switzerland) into Berlin. No regard for the local culture, language or people. Those little pricks piss me off and if it were up to me they would be on the next train back to Berlin.
The Germans from Hamburg are nice, they actually try to adapt here.Ignored
Dislikedi can't abide poeple that move to a new country and then want to change it, i say go back.
in the case of Switzerland they must have moved there for the nice views and good jobs, so why try to change it. different story with the UK, if we stopped giving out so many benefits they'd all leave anyway.
did you know you can live in the UK and providing your kids are within the EU boundaries you can claim Child support/Family allowance, wtfIgnored
DislikedWell I don't want to start WWIII over it so you claim a moral victory and we'll just have to settle for our graveyards over in Normandy. But are the Germans bombing London again, what are they doing?[/quote]

There's no gold left in the UKs vaults - that brilliant man Brown sold it all years ago when it was under $300 - what a prize plonker
