Here's my screenshot. As you can see I have 2 sell orders, one at the top 213.66 and one at 213 flat. I love these kind of trades. Limited risk and a big potential profit. Also Ben's speech at 11am est tonight should be a good catalyst for this pair to go down. But if it doesn't, well I got my ass covered with my stop.

whats you view on EJ longer term, i applied a Fib Fan to the weekly and the latest moves bounced nicly of the 50%, also we have a pending (almost) 4h 13x100 back into the long trend. i expect the daily 100 will put up a little fight, but for me if it breaks, i think the pips will be rolling. Looking for a long from 157.50 area.

and the position of the 100 on the daily. if we look at the weekly position for the 8ma we could easily see a high of around 2.18XX before the more down again.

do we trust the 4h more?

Nice touch of the weekly 8ma, so we could now expect some short movement against this we have an ma cross on both the daily and 4h to the long side, price bounced of the 4h 200, but also cleared the current range high, one to watch

I don't have any long term views until this whole credit crisis is over. The markets are on edge.

think i jumped the gun a little this week, stopped out on AU and GbpCad, went long on AJ with a target of 99.00 and looking for the daily 13x100, also long on EU
and short on UsdCad from 1.00, missed my tp by 20pips and has taken off, just under my TP, but is sitting at resistance so we wait and see.
mixed bag this week, still up for the month though so not crying to much. lessons learnt, so we've gained something from the loses

i still see AJ long's playing out.

look at my trades now

Au through the roof, go to work for one day,SL hit and bounce gone into obivion, bet that GbpCad will go through the floor now just to really annoy me, both pairs SL hit just and bang.

still account is up overall and i'm long on EU, Aj hit my long target for 100pips and UsdCad is coming round.

so stop whining.

Gee, thanks for looking, thats all it needed both Gbp and Usd /Cad spiked to take out my stops. don't think i'll be trading them again.

GU Daily,

Price bounce off of the 50% fibo fan line of the weekly up trend three times.
went long and grabed 175 pips then I closed half of my position and moved the other half up to a guaranteed 50 pip profit. The reason I am doing this is I feel the long term trend may come back but the markets are still scared which means any long term positions face a greater risk %. So I scalped off the 1 hr charts got to my target and then closed half to protect profit and now the other half is a risk FREE long trade and if it goes my way I will add more on a dip and then close half of that on a target.
but in order for GU to resume it's trend we have to fight through the daily down trend fan lines.

Up 250 pips on my half position I left open on cable plus added more shortly after closing half (what can I say? it hit my target started to retrace then shot up again) 2nd position up 60 pips closed and in the bank.
Closed my E.U longs as I feel it will have a bigger retracement then G.U.
EU is going up but it continues to make corrective waves meaning it is not trending but still in corrective phase, it did break out of the channel, will wait for a retest before going long again. I just don't trust the markets these days.

Having problems uploading charts,
no access to my charts today but my 4h channel is more parrallel to the lowere TL and the last candle shown on your's looks like it would have bounce of the top TL using it as support, might just slow this down - at work so missed all the fun today.

well done on GU will have to look at that a little closer - keep us posted on it

here's my 4h charts, note that on the daily the 8ma is at 1.4711 so i would expect a move to the pivot area.

It also failed to reach T2 of the last retracement I took profit because all the other pairs were already reversing, yen was acting stupid, and we were heading into "Give It Back Friday" But I am only taking profit on 50% of the position and then moving the stop loss up into profit and see where it takes us. This is a great way to lock in profits and have a risk free long term trade at the same time. And if everything goes as planned you can add more on a dip or a retest then close 50% of that when it hits a target.
Its a great way to lock in profits and have risk free trades at the same time.

There is no correct way, its all due to subjectivity. Its all in how you see the charts. That was the two highs I thought were the most important and it formed a textbook leading diagonal shape.
