For Dow watchers - it is at a crossroads. Wedge pattern with Bollinger/Keltner "Squeeze" and momentum strongly to the downside. Odds are for a breakdown soon. We shall see.

Let's see how this oil $100 is going to weigh in. Very tough correlation, coz higher oil spurs energy companies but also inflation concerns...

Todays daily bar also closed as a Pinbar.

Although futures after 400pm regular close, rallyed close to 50 points.

I'm going to check it out. Tomorrow should be interesting. We have economic reports and a earnings coming out on wall street. With oil at $100, I wonder what the Asian session is going to look like.

I don't think they will take it lightly. They have been keeping a light hand during the past few days. Wait till the Europeans wake up in the morning and find that a 150+ Dow went negative in 90 Min's. Also, if the MPC vote comes out 9-0, we might see the continuation of Cable toward the downside. This is all just speculation / analysis on my part. The way the markets have been behaving, I just grab my pips and call it a day. Until we get a rebound in the equity markets, I can't find myself going into a position on higher TF's.

Imvho we're seeing some profit taking on shorts in Nzd/Jpy like you said, I dont think the Asian/Euro equity markets are going to take too kindly to this development.

Still holding, although I'd like to see it sound & safe above 108, you know

209.35 also held GJ today. It was the key point of that (sorta) double bottom at 206ish.

I say up we go from here until the next panic. Can be in December, can be in a couple of hours LOL

S&P futures, which to me are more telling than the Dow, are only down 2 points in after hours so far. See how it goes overnight.
