Quoting johomaDislikedHere's a Pivot indicator from GFT whereby you can enter your start time. From what I've worked out the time seems to relate to what your own computer time is set at rather than what you've got the GFT platform configured to. So if your computer is set to say Sydney time and you want to calculate pivots based on midnight to midnight New York (EST), you just plug in the corresponding Sydney time for midnight EST (=14:00h Sydney time).
I've also attached a copy of the email that was sent with the indicator.

Quoting SardotDislikedDemark Trendlines indicators are posted on Yahoo group "OpenFX" Look in the files section under "pivots". An updated pivot point indicator is there and a MACD Divergence indicator as well.Ignored
Quoting etrader35Dislikedmake sure to use the 'setup indicators' button on the toolbar on the top of the chart, and then make sure 'add into new window' is unchecked. Save your template chart and ur laughing !
Do not add using the menu when right clicking on the chart, as it will place indicator into new window.
hope this helps.

Quoting punkboy1980DislikedHAHA- To set your stop loss and limit orders go to the open positions screen (press "open positions" Button at top of dealbook) then right click on your position and click "protect position". Just be careful not to click [email protected]Ignored
