There were bad economic news in Europe, but I don't know if this was the reason.

Confusion. Are we going down for a crash? Is this the bottom?
Nobody knows since we have conflicting data which is why the markets are spiking the range then spike the other way then range

did catch some gbp/chf overnight,..then blew evrything on eur today,..then earn something on small retracements,.....super thuesday gave us super movements,...like predicted,...100 up, 200 down..., ....pls vote hilary...

USD strength is probably due to bad EUR data. If things are bad in EURoland it shows recession is going to hit on other places besides the US. So USD isn't strong, it is just that all the others are over-valued.

Just my thoughts.

Once that stupid parade is over and hoopla is over then NY should be back to scamming, cheating and stealing (which by the way is what moves the markets) The only question is are they greedy or afraid?
