Losing connection on Interbankfx about once a week

I'm new but I'm trying to learn. Anyway, I've been losing connection on Interbankfx quite often. Usually, it's been on the Demo account. I have both Demo and Live. I've lost connection on the live account, too, though. It's been a regular occurrence. Anyone else experience the same thing?

Yep...there is a problem...can't connect via demo or live either.

Interbankfx using the same server for demo & live account, and you will suffer from invalid account problem which is different from others.

Make sure your charts don't have too mant "bar count" indicators on it like step stochs, step ma's. If so, making that chart a default chart will help this.

Connection problems are coming back again. They began having "15min" disconnects that result in 30min-1h constant reconnects. (Jan24 2008 - 2nd in 2 month) If you are among the first once who contact them them about the problems, IBFX representative always deny problems.

Few minor disconnects several times a week never left IBFX .

And for the last they do daily reboots of their servers once a day which results in 2-3 minutes of inactivity.

Most of what I get is "Trade Context Busy" when trying to exit trades. Not often, but it happens.

In other words, the dealing desk they use is too busy trying to cover itself.

I like IBFX .
I Disagree of Demo and Live accounts is the same,i have both, MT3 and MT4 accounts, and the time of execution is so different.
I have 2 accounts in liteforex broker...is so slow..
