An hourly close below 204.68 should set things up for 203.33 (1.24 fib) and 202.48 (1.38 fib). Retraces to the 206 area or above are still very possible in the meantime. Be patient and look for a good entry. Remember we're trading G/J, and always use proper money management.

One 4H close later and the 1H and 4H are both bullish, thanks to a rally by the Dow. I better not quit my day job . . . LOL!



This might still be a good day for brushing up on the 1H / 4H, since they're crossing so much lately. We could have another later today if price heads back down. Something to consider and to watch for.

Hi PC,

I am looking into testing the Aus indicators but it seems it is not possible to implement it with Oanda trading platform.
Do you know or can recommend me what should I do to be able to use the QQE indicator? (apart from switching from Oanda)

Hi HidaBull. I think you'll need a broker that uses either MT4 or VT as a platform. You could open a demo with one of them for doing your testing. You can get VT Trader here, along with a demo account. Give it some thought.

I have been following this thread and other related to Aus and it seems pretty reliable overall.

I downloaded the VT trader platform, now I am lost.
From the Aus HP download page, which one I have to download?
There are so many new things to me at once that I cannot figure out what is next.
Is it the VT downloads for QQE alert ?

It looks like we're within a few downward pips of a 15 minute strategy signal. Everything seems in place except the crossed down QQE60. I'm a little concerned we might be in a situation similar to 24 hours ago. We had a valid short signal, but then price started ranging and gradually working it's way up again. Eventually price dropped, but not before a fairly healthy retrace that may have hit some SL's.

On the download page there are a couple things you'll need for VT. One is the custom Level-Stop-Reverse and the other is the QQE Alert.

Here's a link to an FF thread where you can get some help setting up VT, starting with post #321. The only thing different now is the Level-Stop-Reverse settings have changed to 28 and 2.75 (per the new version of the strategy).

Just bouncing between the DP and the 50 fib line on my 15M chart.....
7 15M bars and they can't breach these lines on either side.
Which side will win ? Hope it goes south, but ready to ride her UP as well.

qqe is soooo close, it's just dying to cross up.....

The MT4 pivot point indicators seem to cause people problems. Let's see if KJ's works better for you . . .
