Finally a decent thread where i can post when my charts are dead.
I used to be on cable thread until they all started screaming BUY-SELL like babies and when i told them they were a bunch of idiots they all came off at me. will be happy to share my trading ideas with u guys see u next week

What seems to be fitting my personality so far is to have one order that I trail my stop loss and another order that I do happy scalping with (between 30 and 100 pips and eat my profit).

But I might be having my stops too close since they are getting hit... its a struggle between giving back too much of my profits to the market and putting it somewhere significant where it would only be taken by a trend reversal... I'm hoping time is on my side and I'll get better with it

You will, try trading on higher TF's. I find it much more rewarding and less stressful (as you can see I am on this forum and thread most of the time ).

That's exactly why this situation is beyond complicated for Bernanke. He wants to cut rates to ease the financial crunch, but with the inflationary pressure, if he overshoots, the situation will be far worse than it is now.

Was inflation 0%, he would cut rates like hell and everybody would be happy by now.

I think that Slowdown + inflationary pressure is any CB Chairman's worst nightmare.

I think the stock markets are trying to call Bernanke's hand. If it goes much lower may get a a rate cut surprise before the next fed meeting at end of the month.

That's how Greenspan used to do. Bernanke won't do likewise. Among credit crunch, people losing their homes, companies layoffs, inflation and recession, you can not forget VANITY

Editing: Bernanke "doesn't want" to do likewise. But he might pretty well bend over once again.
