Worth at least 30-50 pips so far, even though it's almost ALL EURGBP based so far and not dollar selling per se...

NO. This is not inside bar. Inside bar is when current bar's range is within the previous bar's range, when it has a low greater than the previous bar's low and a high less than the previous bar's high.
Thanks..I will look further into it. I've read one article that one Japenese Trader make tons of profit by trading the inside Bar.

I took profit at the monthly r1 on the USD/chf for +40ish wondering if anyone is holding this trade through thre 4 hour and daily pin. I am gonna look for a better price to re-enter without giving up my profits

also this is my 400th post so lemme just say big thanks to james and all the good people over in the PF much love!

BUOVB=Bullish outside vertical bar and BEOVB= Bearish outside veritcal Bar

DBLHC= Double low higher close

DBHLC= double high lower close

it is the same thing, just a different way to view it. Habeeb uses candles. I prefer Bar charts. However helps you see it more clear. I used to use candles, but have enjoyed the switch to bars.

Hey seek, I don't think its ever late to post. It helps everyone develop. Although I stuck to just the USD/CHF today You could have traded the pound a few ways I'd like to show how. Here first is a chart showing the trendline we were bouncing and either breaking our bouncing.

Here is chart 1 prior to US opening

Although I was in the swissy earlier then this trade, I saw the same things developing on the pound. This just helped reinforce the trade I was in.

Sometimes you get conflicting PA signals....first there was a sort of bearish PB on GBPJPY, then a BUOB, a bit after that a BEOB that only faked out 2-3 pips.

I guess it's up to everyone themselves to figure out whether this is just an ignorable anomaly or whether a higher timeframe says it's still ok to stay in etc.
In this case I'd simply say it's GBPJPY, it only ever goes up usually, so if you're in long with a risk free trade, give it a chance

Sadly, I'm on EJ and EURGBP decided it had to go 40+ pips lower and leave the EURUSD and EURJPY behind in the dust as the sterling pairs rallied...

Just wanted to show that this is NOT failsafe stuff, especially on the 1H timeframe. Again, retrace entries make sure you end up even or at least with less loss, sometimes even a small small profit if your trade goes awry.

just learning here, check this chart out here besides the time this happened which is around 3pm central just now, would u enter short at 3025 because of 50% fib ?

The term you put up there isnt correct. That is simply a TBH(two bar high)

Go back through the thread for examples of what I am assuming you are looking for is a DBHLC

There are many pages with examples here. I know this thread is long but it is well worth going through.

I will post an example of a DBLHC and DBHLC
