What your guys take on UJ?

The SOB is stalling again in the mid-109 area and I'm stalling with 2 trades for +40 in GJ right now.

Both touched +90 but missed my TP...

I'm wondering if the train has left the station already.

There's more bad news coming for the financials, in particular citi and bear so perhaps a pause to decide the direction.

i have no clue c, i havent traded that pair in 3 years, so you no longer trade gbp/usd pair?

For a long time no. Specially now with this Boe Cut + Fed Cut scenario.

My thoughts:

Election 2008....to me it really doesn't matter what you say prior to be elected, it's what you do upon becoming elected.

Today...I thought I would see a big bounce today from London, but looks like they are waiting for NY to see if that downslide will continue....pretty wild to be the beginning of the year and all the markets are on edge. Once again Bernanke holds the key....

Citigroup's new Chief Executive Vikrum Pandit continues to work on a restructuring program, the details of which will likely be announced next week, according to people familar with the plan.

Citi is mulling a work force reduction of between 5 percent and 10 percent of its work force of 327,000, these people say.
