and if you look under his NFA# is listed the company Traditional Securities and Futures, Inc(NFA# 0271289), and if you look up that one, it's address is listed as the same(including 4th floor) as FXDD, plus listed as the principal owner is Tradition North America, Inc.(NFA# 0271750).
All the referenced NFA#'s have no complaints or regulatory actions, or any infractions on file against them, with listing dating back to 1996.
Plus, Emil Assentato is the driver of the FXDD sponsored Mazda racing car that ran in the Grand American Road Racing Rolex GT Series .

True, but they still hold a considerable stake in the company.
FXDD will soon be regulated by the SEC, not the NFA, which will actually be BETTER for the company.
Plus, they have metatrader 4 and not one complaint against them.

I have not heard that yet, but I have heard that FXDD will soon be monitored by the SEC as a Dealer/Broker offering futures as well.
I think FXDD is a strong company, with more liquidity than some other more reputable forex only shops. They have a large client base and take care of problems in a very timely fashion.
Other than the non-regulation (which is obviously an issue) they are a good place to trade

i have heard good and bad things about them, don't seems to be a bad company, but they only offer 3 mill per clip, sometime i put on big trades and 3 mill is just not enough sometime.
If company's that are NFA members don't secure clients funds. I can't imagine what FXDD is doing with clients funds if they are "NOT" regulated. NFA member firms are closing because they have less money than the clients have submited. The clients could lose everything if they are with an unregulated firm.

Hi,
there are no complaints filed..simply because there is no one to file them with..as FXDD is not NFA regulated...and speaking of situations I have witnessed directly...75 pip difference against every broker we could check..for gbp/jpy...on the phone..2 of their people justified these numbers as "their spread"
On a main pair..person I know got stopped out (16 pip difference to lhe lowest quote for the same candle we could find anywhere 900 against 884) and...the topgun signal - filtered through FXDD never went close - it was the lowest at 900 in fact.
I have an accouint with them but luckily witnessed these situations and will not fund it.
But thats just my experience..others may be very happy..I know I'm not going to risk my hard earned money with them at this time.
