I definitely like this thread since Im only a beginner in trading. Much informative than the other GBP/USD thread.

Here is my wave count on the hourly chart from Dec 22 give you and idea why I think this is wave C. Had to zip it. Look for your imput. and this long doesn't look to good hopefully a bounce here again.

By the way, congrats on the thread Monarch - killer...

Unfortunately I messed up during this whole down move.... Won a little and lost a little more... Well, part of the game...

I've got my eyes glued here for now... pip-per-pipping my way back up....

I opened the zip, and looking at it now. Can I study it some more in the morning, my head is almost gone, 1:40 am here.

I am having a bit of trouble distinguishing the actual count so far, the sideways stuff clutter up a EW pattern.

I will look at the Weekly and Monthly to see where it fits in the entire scope of things.

okay closed out the long for +9 pips, and will catch it again at 1.9391 with Sebytim.

Hope to be of some help as soon as I get out of this sheethole I got myself in lately . But I agree that we were in need of a brand new thread for a brand new year, here... To get things clearer....

here is some information on the EW From EWI. This is the basic stuff so it should help some people that are just learning. It is a lot of work using the EW. But with the knowledge of fibs and using them correctly you will understand this much better and were the market mey go. But nothing is 100%.

well looks like we are in a desending triangle I closed my long 416. so their should be another low of 393 again. If my count is correct on the triange it should be long when it breaks out. But don't go long on my account please.

Closed out my Exit on Short. Gotta go to bed, 3 Hours to NFP.

Total +91 Pips and no losses for the Day.

Back frm lunch & my long @9400 is already triggered. And the thread has already gone long by 5 pages! Will wait half hour b4 NFP & close my position be it + or -. After analysing the past 6 months NFP reports on the hourly charts, I have decided 2 stay out of this one...since profits r hard 2 earn but losses r harder 2 cover. Cheers 2 every1 contributing 2 this thread!
