Against = my charts still show a downside, so this may make all the way to it's 50%fib at 1.4163, this also lines up with the Supporting TL(formally resistance) of the major bullish trend

current situation where euro is testing 4300 level, if it breaks that one as well, then its al the way down to 41xx and possibly 38xx levels

Could it be the last 20-30 posts in jacko's journal were neither by jacko nor anyone from his group directly?

There's a EURUSD thread, too, here it would be good to read jacko's thoughts and opinions on the pair and trading in general without scrolling past 3 pages of others clogging up visuals...

All the info about anti-hedging, the group, etc pp is readily available if one just looks, reads, searches, what isn't is new stuff from jacko or his assembled team of followers..which is a shame.


I miss jacko's thoughts about levels to compare notes with :/

I was wondering if you still in association with jacko's tradin system? since I remember reading several posts about your countertrending trades when I was reading all "house of pain".
Whats with the new system ou advertise in your signature? Did you deviate from Jacko's trading methods and adopted that strategy (which is in you signature)?

Pavlov, please at least resize your charts to 600x600 though I don't understand why you posted them in the first place, particularly the ones with 8+ indicators.

If you're referring to james16group, that's the place where serious traders/friends (or traders to be) hang out. Simply speaking, it's the knowledge base consisting of trading tools and systems developed and shared by professional traders...(james16, fiji, diallist .... just to mention few)

modern monitors resolution is appx 1200x1100 , so 800x600 charts should look fine on 90% monitors.. Indicators dont matter, I was interested in Jacko's opinion on the depth o current correction since euro entering the old bull trend of 2006.

Neither was/is me.
Don't know about the moving bit, but it was Newton / Newt/ Newbietrader101 doing all the initial following of jacko / countertrend testing etc., not me at all.

I've never traded like jacko(as in anti-hedge, using trailing stops or random buys at fibs / 00s without a setup to go with it), but I've always found his insight into EURUSD and prices interesting.

You did not ask for Jacko's opinion, you simply posted four charts, two of which were the same instrument and timeframe and then posted your personal prediction. All you wrote is:

I'm using firefox and also IE and it looks fine in both.. what are you using? opera?

because indicators did not matter for the purposes of showing long and short term threads.

others been posting charts here, I have not seen any protests if its against the rules, then lets remove all but Jackos charts.

kinda weird to see so many charts all of a sudden but it's a good way to see where things MIGHT go to next.

after all, you do get more confidence when the charts line up with your views.

Looks like it might be time to call it a year and turn off the computer till 2008. As a trend trader, this market is putting me to sleep. Since I am a first year trader I have not experienced a year end. Is it usually this slow?

---patiently waited out at least another 50ps drop
and got 110ps fall to 4330
---rather than wait for this H&S to resolve to a potential 4165 (50.0 of the 3360 range) or perhaps even lower to a 88.6 or 94.1 of the 4015 range I'm stepping into a light 10 lot
position on the bounce off 4330.
----so long for now bet. 4370/80
----S/L 4322
----pending orders for 4440 to take advantage of the A-H manuever

--will take %50 profit when 4440 is taken out with some momentum
and trail 5 lots using the suggestions employed here.

Do expect some reasonable retrace even if this contra trend has not totally unwound.
looking for 4531 (61.8 of Friday's high) and 4540 ( 50.0 of 4750 to low)
To peal off half of the A--H re-positions fr 4440 ( when/if that busts thru)
