I can't post a screen shot (having technical difficulties) but the 19:00 GMT bar does show a low of 228.32 on the one hour chart so I'm guessing that you are indeed one hour out.

billbss suggested early in this thread to set our computer clocks to GMT which I've done and it solved several issues with knowing the correct times for determining hi/lo prices etc. As bill pointed out that changing your computer clock to GMT makes it very easy to then compare your computer time with the time on the charts from your broker to figure out if they are GMT+5 for example.
I do not believe the times used by Nico have changed which were 1800-0159 GMT. Billbss clarified this issue early in the thread and will correct me if I'm wrong.

DislikedRather than tell you, I'll teach you how to find out.
The time frame is ALWAYS 1800 - 0200 London time.
Find out when that is and you'll know.
That will always work.Ignored
DislikedErm yes, thanks for that Bill. What's confusing me is London time (which I believe is GMT) and British Summer Time. I am currently of the understanding that BST isn't in play here and GMT is just that...GMT or London time...right?
The reason I am confused where I was not confused before is because I'm now not sure if you mean that GMT changes once a year or not...I don't think it does and obviously daylight savings time is what changes in our neck of the woods...that assumption is correct right?
