account history loss

Hi, basic question - logged on tonight after weekend and found that the account history of one small live account and other demo accounts is missing.

Is it normal, does this happen occasionally? (The demo accounts were only up to 2 weeks old.)

Remember that we all experienced a new month, ie Nov -> Dec.

Having said that, sometimes, people had set their MT4 to show only a Month's worth of trading history, some the last 3 months. etc..

While the Account History panel is displayed, Right Click and select "All History" as shown:

That should never happen on a live account and it should not happen to a demo 2 weeks old. Make sure you are connected to the internet. Make sure the broker is open and that they weren't doing maintenance over the weekend that has not been completed yet. Make sure you have selected 'all history' from the right-click menu in the history tab of the terminal window.
You might also try - When you are on the account history page try right mouse clicking and select all history. Then select todays history and then all history again. I would phone my broker if the history was not showing on my live account.
