Does this mean that an entire one hour candle would need to form above the daily 5sma close anytime within the next 24 hours to signal a reversal? I am confused over "a one hour bar". Or Does this mean the first 1 hour bar/candle after the close of the daily candle? For instance, the first one hour candle after the close of the daily candle was completely under the 5sma daily close. If that is so, than it would appear that we are to expect a reversal.
