If i get a meta trade expert, how can i back test it on data of previous dates ?

do yourself a favor, and buy Forex Tester. I use it from time to time, and it's only about 100 dollars. I have found this program a God-send.

You CAN test with MT4 (somehow), but I have heard nothing but complaints about it.....
