HELLO EVERYONE!
I hope everyone is making some good pips, cause this system is GREAT! Not only is the system good but the people that surround it! I have been playing around with the lag settings and I know a lot of you r trying out different settings. I wanted to share with everyone the settings I am finding best to gain the most pips and have the best entry and exits! I wanna also thank FXDIva as well for helping me with this.
This researching was done on the 5min scalp system by Imran. This research was with using the 5min TF & GBPJPY. I first want to say I find that the settings for the lags seem best for most entry/exit and pips. Lag1 .60 & lag 2 .80. Please compare these 2 charts and u will see why that these settings are better then .65 & .85.
Today I would of lost out on some pips on the 2nd entry if lag 2 was never changed to .80. lag 2 was just hovering around the .45 line when the settings where .85, in which it should of been at the bottom already.
The settings for lag 1 did not make much of a difference in .60 & .65. It did some, but not enough to count from what I see so far.
This is a great system everyone I have a system that cost a lot of money that I use and has been prove to work and I can tell u this this system on 15min TF for those big pips is very compairable & is on track. I suggest that everyone first get comfortable with the 5min TF and go for smaller pips b4 thy move to the 15min TF and big pips.

How do you guys, that obviously target the bigger moves, handle your stop/loss? After seeing your examples you can't keep a S/L at 20 pips as you would be stopped out many times before the actual move. Any tips and tricks?
If u r new to this system or even to trading I suggest that u first forget about the bigger pips. y take the big steps if u dont have the little ones perfected first? Make sense in my mind to do it that way.
Work on the 5min strat, read over the PDF that Imran has taking time to write and perfect everything in the book first. it like going to college to learn FX. U can have all your questiosn answered when needed. Take your time. 5min TF will produce a lot of pips. When i was typing about the lag settings i jumped in on the retrace of the gbpjpy and was in and out for 35pips in 7mins. which that pair produced a lot more then that on the retrace, but i had to get back to other things i was doing.

I was not able to login to the site for a week now, therefore could not reply to many of the queries here, over the weekend wil look to do that
Reg Stops, on 5min is has to be 25+spread from the best setup as per the PDF ( which btw will be updated over the weekend with some major changes ) . Once price moves +40 Pips i recommend u to lock in BE + 10 pips and then move stops in increments of 10 pips for every 20 pip moves.
if you have taken the correct setup on the signal of crossover in stoch and lags, then 80-85% of the time ur Sl will never come in play

I was actually about to correct myself as I was writing the wrong S/L as it is truely 25 pips.
Also after reading your PDF, for like the 25th time I guess, I noticed on one of the charts you mentioned (tho only place I find regards to where stops are placed) that the stop should be placed above the recent high/low. I have always thought it was from entry price which could explain my confusion. Just to be clear, where should the stop actually be calculated from, last High/low or entryprice?

why would you chose to scalp a pair with such a wide pip spread?
You will understand the overall concept of this by reading the thread. First post is always an eyeopener and for further development the ordeal of reading through all posts can not be spared!
