You aren't an X-CFG trader perhaps? That was one thing I noticed as they went down, Don's trades suddenly were signaling off only their charting softwares proprietary 2hr chart. No other chart seemed to matter.
One of the worst marketing idea's they had was to use metatrader for their brokerage. A company that charged over $300/ month gave all of their clients free charts and then asked them to keep subscribing.
