Tonight the AUD/USD line appears to be contacting the 33 level. Anyone else see this? Is this of any interest?

EUR/AUS- Are we waiting for a downward day candle?

i'm not too exprienced, if I were I would have my own strategy i would be using I am attaching a screen shot of what i see on eur/aud, there is no bounce here (attaching my screen shot).. you may though see a bounce w/a different broker... I actually downloaded and am running Interbank w/a demo account just so i can see exactly what Daemien sees...

also i do see the break in aud/usd, just waiting for a tick to close up and I will be in

I see chf/jpy and gbp/chf are in the buy zone and noticed an uptick.

Entered long at 98.46 and 2.3343 respectively.

I have good start with this system....over 1000pips. Intend to stick with this trade tiil the end. Lets see what will happen.

i do not see chf/jpy or gbp/chf in the buy zone... are you using interbank? or another broker?? i do see aud/usd just went under the line and entered "the zone" yesterday and has moved up today, looking to enter in one hour unless the bottom falls out
im going long aud/usd, attached is the trade i see, it just barely crossed in but it did...

also just checking the atr was at .0134, so would this mean a stop loss of 248 pips (2 ATR)???

Keith thanks for the SL info, also forgot about the reduced position size, I will keep that in mind, as far as tp, i think based on the rules you do not set a tp.. we wait until MFI reaches above the sell line and then a downtick then tp at that point??

Hi again,

Once a pair becomes active it remains so until it drops it's payload! Even if all 3 positions get stopped out (as has happened lately), treat each up-tick as an addon. Many times you will get back in around the bottom of a trend resumption.

I am with InterbankFX - I do not have the charts in front of me atm, but am pretty sure that the first 'down'tick (entry) for this pair will be tonight!!
EURAUD has been my most profitable & consistent pair for this system (just a FYI).

Wasn't a bounce at this time, but the penetration (did I say that?) of the entry line means the gun is cocked & loaded!! Tonight might be the night if the day trend stays true...

Looks good guys!! I entered a few positions last night (mostly up-tick resumptions on the ones stopped out).

Also a word on Sunday's candle - I usually do act on Sunday's candle to be honest. Just trying to be a bit more conservative out here in the open..
From past experience it usually pans out as a good indication of the coming week.

One thing that we can all be on the lookout for is peculiarities related to each pair in regards to this system. For example, most pairs when majorly tanking do not generate many buy-ticks on the way down. GBPJPY seems to be an exception to this. Should we be positioning GJ trades at maybe .5%?
Strictly an observational suggestion to generate discussion...

Another option that I have been considering is covering our position(s) at some point. At least moving to B/E once a certain level of ATR profit is reached (1xATR?). This will definitely help to minimize the hits this system took over the last week and a half - altho it may also cut into profits in the long-term. The add-ons on the way back up might help to alleviate this, however... Just some food for thought!!

looks like i was stopped out on my EUR/AUD trade today so far -378 pips... though i made about 2 pips in interest so -376 ?

will be waiting on an entry tomorrow
I've re-entered a few positions on the latest up-tick.

Also, for anybody who has survived this deluge lately and is still reading, for GBPCHF it has not reached the exit area for over three months. I had been hoping that this last upsurge would have broken this trend, but due to this I have tightened up the exit area a bit. Exit at 73 & no-entry line at 63!

This is normal and the way this system was intended to be traded. Due to natural fluctuations in the market if the trend seems to be showing less entries or exits, tighten up after 2-3 months. This could mean a general market turn-around, or just a down-cycle at the moment (a vicious one at that).

just entered the gbp/chf on the up tick, sl at 330 pips down, hopefully ill make big pips though
