Dislikedthanks for your reply. have you never experienced that big negative spreed I show in the screenshot posted? what do you want me to explain more? I posted a screenshot to show my market order filled after 2 minutes and I just wanted to know why it appens, justin said because of size so now I know I should be very careful trading micros. Now I realize the trading world can never be perfect so I must learn to live with all these problems and hope it will not happen everyday.
the problem was not my computer or internet connection, my market order was sent to their server and was pending so the problem is not about me!
one more thing...are you scalping all day or just making few trades per day? if you make just few trades per day, maybe this is why you not experienced any problems.Ignored

Dislikedhow do i make a market order that whenever i click to execute it has a stop loss attached to it?Ignored
Dislikedycomp ~
You'll want to use either a market + TTO or market + Trailing stop probably.
Remember: Everything in front of the "+" is how you want to enter a trade and everything on the back of the "+" is how you want to exit the trade.
Once you have entered the trade you can adjust your TTO order by canceling and replacing it with a new TTO. (Only a TTO)
For info on adding a TTO after you have already entered a trade visit post 366: http://forexfactory.com/showpost.php...&postcount=366
You can right click on the your Trailing Stop in the 'Open Orders' window to adjust your current trailing settings.Ignored
DislikedHi, don't need trailing stop... just a stop loss. with market order. Can I use the TTO template?
wait just looked up order types in the help.
There is one called "Stop Loss Market", isn't this what I need? Where do I find this... thanks.Ignored

DislikedJust my two cents. Personally, I find it easier with Market orders just to place the market order and then separately enter the stop, since the Market order triggers immediatley. Since I want in immediately, it is faster to place the market rather than trying to get the stop set up in advance and potentially miss a price if things are moving.Ignored
Checking which server you are on:
1. Open your Watchlist
2. Look in the symbol column for $SRVNAME
3. In the row with $SRVNAME you should have another column 'Company Name', if not add the column by right clicking the columns row.
4. Under Company name in the $SRVNAME row you should see something like prc112.
Email me at [email protected].
If anyone else is experiencing problems...email me the exact same info listed above.
DO NOT POST THIS PRIVATE INFO ON THE BOARDS!!!!
DislikedJustin, an email should be on it's way to you.
"Did it magically disappear, or was it never there to begin with?"
I kind of resent that.
One thing I am not is a liar. One thing I am, is one of your clients.Ignored
DislikedHi Everyone ~
Just wanted to update you on the current state of Remote Trader.
Our first Beta traders have been using the platform, and we have found no significant issues. We will be moving the second group onto the platform this next week, and then the third group after Thanksgiving. Assuming nothing new changes, we are on track to move all of our customers to Remote Trader at the beginning of December.
Several items such as Wireless Trading, Trade from the Charts, our Managed Account Tool, Advanced Orders, and Auto-Trading are coming along nicely and will be added to the main platform in the coming weeks and months. Most of this is happening very quickly now that the underlying infrastructure is in place and working correctly.Ignored
DislikedHi everyone-
Just wanted to remind you. Last week, a couple of you were talking about a freezing issue on the platform, and I put up a list of how to report it to me via e-mail. I haven’t received one yet. Did it magically disappear, or was it never there to begin with?
As a reminder, here are the instructions of how to report the issue to me. As I said last week, the issue is certainly not platform-based, so we’re trying to localize the problem, but I need some data. If I don’t get any, I have to assume everything is working fine:
Please email me the following details.
- Name:
- Account Number:
- Username:
- Time of Event:
- Length of Event:
- Did you notice any red lights on the main tool bar & if so which one if you can remember:
- Where do you live: (state / country)
- Did the quotes freeze or actually disappear:
- What server are you on:

DislikedIf this is Ray, there is an email on its way back to you. I have switched your server location...let me know if this helps.
BTW - you're the first person to email me from the forum with details about an issue.
Thank you.Ignored
