I show the entrance into the long trade at 0505 GMT.
That could be the difference in our broker's data.

No, TP should be calcualted from the price entery point, for example, as before, entery point is 238.04, then, TP is 239.04, thats what i do. Consider the spread thing only at ur entry position. You entered at 238.11/04, exit at 239.04. At that point, u should collect a net of +93 pips if ur broker's spread on GBP/JPY is 7pips. Dont be greedy just joking.

. . . there you can sign up to receive alerts on currency pairs when they hit certain values. You can set your alert for the stops with notification to your cell phone text messaging. It works for me!

Also, I have noticed at times that the currency will reverse and hit the stop after not quite going the 100 pip Tp move. Why don't members experiement with taking profit in 25 pip moves. If you have a full lot, just take profit in 25 pip moves for each 2 mini lots for example. Just an idea. Go back over time and see if this would be more profitable.

This service does not have the GBP/JPY pair for some reason. I think you can receive it at : www.4xwatch.com though. I am going to try it and see this week.

Sorry to ask this question here, but I have problem with my MT4 ibfx demo account, I can't open it and receive 'common error'. but in my live account, there is a connection. Why do I have this problem and how to resolve it? Do I have to reinstall the MT4 platform again?

The demo account had probably expired.

On your MT4: Click "File". Then click "Open an account" and make another demo account.

If we were to use the EA for this and our broker time is GMT0 as IBFX is then what should the inputs be for daystart and stopshift?

It is past DST until next year so that is not a problem for 6 more months and ibfx is always GMT0

and it does not matter the TF this is on??

I believe he uses 000GMT - 0200 GMT- All today's stuff.
Nicotina will be here posting the numbers at 0200 (45 more minutes).
here is what i have discovered about getting the high and low based on nico using north finance. i have north finance he uses 2000 hour candle to begin and 0300 to end to find high and low not 1800 and 0200 check it out for your selves this is correct

No, I've matched up his numbers with what I know to be GMT. He's using 1800 up until 0200.
What the time standard is with North Finance, I don't know.

Sundays he starts it at a different time, but through the week it's 1800 - 0159 GMT
Can we use such timeframe trading way to GBP/USD,USD/JPY or any others,
maybe STOPLOSS 40 PIPS,TARGET 80 PIPS?
