it doesn't happen very often but when it does, it really p- me off. i normally trade on EU and UJ but yesterday's news change the whole idea of resistance and support. now i am thinking of running away from USD...hmm.

The BEAR is playing around a STRONG SUPPORT area now. Just touched the lower BB... then fighting heavily with the BULL. If it bounce back... that would give me some reference for my SCALPING range.

By the way... THE RED LINES.... the CHANNEL TREND LINES... still valid. Even on my M30 and H1 chart... no confirmation of breakout yet. No CS formed above the RED LINE.... STRONGEST RESISTANCE so far.

Changing my H1 chart to H4 chart... I see something interesting High probability the Bear CS gonna meet up with the real opponent.. which is the YELLOW Line (20 wma) at around 50% Fibbo. I might BUY FROM DIP if that Blue Resistance area still holding strong.

Theses are just the INDICATORS for trading wisely. The real thing that gonna move the market today is the NEWS at 8:00 pm tonight.

Nice bounce Seems like not everybody thinking that the BOE will CUT the Rate.

Nice one... setting up parameter for my SCALPING now.: Lower BB is the reference of the SUPPORT so far. Gonna see what is the ceiling... 20 wma resistance or the RED LINE or the upper BB?

tq very much. i saw wma20 below i thought it will be a bear, but it go bull again. it is a meet up of wma20 with bb central line. normally u look at 30m chart or 1 hr chart?

Mine is DYNAMIC style... I am not RIGID. Normally I just keep on switching between H1 .. M30 .. H4 charts. Market psychology is dynamic... got to anticipate with that. If I see H1 giving more prominent SIGNAL... I'll eye on it If it doesn't... I will switch to other time frames.

Right now if you switch to M30 Cable chart... you'll see the price is ranging within the FLAT BB... before was between Central and Lower Band... now between Upper and Lower. Nice reference huh

p/s: Thank you for reminding about the central BB line. Forgot to mentioned it earlier.

Long or Short? The 50% Fibbo and the Blue Support AREA still holding strong. I am still with the BUY FROM DIP strategy.

Research completed. Establishing my SCALPING PLAN/FRAME.

Provided if the BB remains FLAT to the EAST.... and anticipation during LONDON OPEN in 40 mins time. I prefer to use H1 chart for it.

FRAME:

SUPPORT: 5pips above lower BB
RESISTANCE: Yellow Line (20 wma)
RANGE: 25 pips
Strategy: Buy From DIP. TP 20 pips. SL 15pips.

Our Preference, long positions on fail of 112.55 with targets at 112.85 & 113.05.

Alternative scenario, the downside penetration of 112.55 will call for 112.22 & 112.05.

Comment: the pair has broken above a declining trend line.

Still bleeding from the LONG entry Last night on the EurUsd. I was planning to do Medium Term on that with target 1.5000. However, after considering the possibility for tonight NEWS. I've change TP to BE.

If you notice, I've already place pending order for SCALPING on CABLE.

Situation might CHANGE when LONDON OPEN... that is 20 mins from now. I'll do some ALTERATION to my strategy for today to anticipate the ever changing market psychology.

Shouldn't have done that Perfect example to show that "DON'T CHANGE THE RULES DURING THE GAME".... before YES... after YES... but not DURING.

As expected... Cable gonna be PING PONG today until 8pm news tonight. However, I am waiting some more for the UNEXPECTED thing. If confirmed PING PONG... I'll just do SCALPING till the news release.

Improvising my scalping plan from the previous one... switched to M30 chart and with 20 wma as the Bouncing SUPPORT.
