DislikedHello Nicota
I Have Some Questions About Ur System
First Tanx For Sharing Ur System
1 Do You Have Any Back Test Of This Method ? What Is The Result In Pip?
How Many Months Or Years Is Your Back Test?
2 In Anothers Currency Pairs Did You Test It Or Do You Have Any Idea For Anoth Pairs ?
3 I Have One Idea That We Should Not Let Our Green Pips Turn Into Red So E.g:
If We Have 2 Lot Buy In This Method Or Sell:
If It Reaches To 5o We Close 1 Lot And Point Sl Under Entry Point And Tp: 100 Or We Cab Use Trailing Stop 40
What Do You Think ?Ignored
DislikedWhat Is Slppage ?
Plz Explain It To Me Claerly With An Example I Dont Know What You Mean
I Was Backtesting This Method From 3/1/2006 Till Now
But I Had Not Problem With Mt4 And This Method Has Not Any Unused Or Extra Indicators So What Is The Problem It Is Just Price And Price And High And Low Points And Back Test By Style Of Step By Step And Candle By Candle
So What Is The Problem With This Style Of Backtesting?Ignored
DislikedThe problem is that backtests don't account for slippage. When you trade live, stops aren"t guaranteed and can run way past where you place them (sometimes by 30+ pips). Also, there is slippage on fills when entering trades that is not included with backtests. Just something to keep in mind.Ignored
DislikedYou might need another broker. I've been trading forex for a long time, and have never had price run past a stop, even on NFP day.
I have had the spread suddenly increased, which cost me money, but never anything like 30 pips.Ignored
DislikedYou might be right. Please give me the name of your dealer. So far i have experienced occasional bad stops over the years with CMS, GFT and now i'm with FXDD all live real money trades. I'm willing to try another.Ignored
DislikedWith the TP at 100 pips what suggestions are there for those of us who can't watch the market as the GPY/YEN moves into profit? Is there a MM strategy that would allow us to reap profits without hoping we hit a 100 pip target? I get the clear impression that a TS isn't recommended. Comments are appreciated.Ignored
