Hey, I'm looking to go long when the Blue Lag starts heading back up. Just wanted your guys' opinion...

if it breaks 235.04 to the down side, short entry will be better.

I would advise everyone to not trade against the lags if laq1 is not in agreement with laq2 do not enter the trade also do not trade against the trend if the ema's and middle bollinger band are pointing up or down do not counter trade until the bands and emas tigheten up..if the bands and ema's are wide do not ever trade against the trend.

Oh and always watch fib levels..they are like magnets to price...if your new to forex do yourself a favor and learn and learn and learn more.....and if anybody wants to ask me questions i'm more than wanting to help and maybe we can help eachother..irman has been more than wonderful person here as we have been going along in this thread and nailing down this system. We got something good going on here and i feel humbled and excited to be part of this discussion.

Do you manually do your Fib Lines, or is there an indicator to plot them? Do you have Paltalk? I'd love to discuss this more..

hi i manually do them..i just take the high and low of the trading day and use them as my fib and pivot point lines for the day...u can go out alot more and use daily and weekly charts to establish more...but forex is a little different than commodities and the stock market

I am new to this system, but have recently finished reading the entire thread. I see the value of having an alert and downloaded the one I found on this thread. When I try to attach it nothing happens. I have moved it to the Indicator and Expert directories and it does show up under on the left in the "Custom Indicators" and "Expert Advisors" directories in my MT4 platform. It does not attach to the chart however, and I cannot find it in the "Indicator List" after attempting to attach it when I right click on the chart. Any ideas or help with this would be greatly appreciated from anyone who is currently using it. Also any setup parameters would be very helpful! A special thanx to Imran and all of you experienced traders who have been using this system for a while,,, the insight and experience that you relate through this thread is very helpful for the new people like my self that are learning this system... Thanx again...
PS. I noticed that some people have Laguerre 1 and 2 in the SAME window, how do you do that?

Hi, follows these steps into seting up multi indicators windows.
1. insert the 1st indicator (say lag1) in its own window.
2. click & drag the other indicator (say a '2nd' lag in this setup) from the navigator panel (not from top menu or toolbar) on the left side of you mt4 (most prob. under the "Custom Indicators" tree). that's you're done.

remember to set a diff input/params for each indicator if it's the same as already opened (which r the case here, we're putting the same lagueree's twice but with diff input values) or else the program would use/revert to 1st opened indicator instead discarding the one you're tryin to opened.
certain indicator must have their "Apply To" be set to "1st(/2nd) indicator data" in order to opened them in sub-chart window instead of the main chart windows (ie moving average).

Bout the other problem, sory I got no explanation also and it did happened to me sometime. What i'do is to find (hopefully) another version and installed and used them instead of the one i cant used.

Thank you for the link Irman, that should fix my alert problems. I have an interesting question about a signal on the N/U M15 chart. I did not take this signal marked by the red vertical below. Please critique my thought process...
What I liked about the signal:
1. Lag 1 was above .15 and pointing up
2. Lag 2 was at 0
3. This candle close was in alignment with the Sto/Hist first positive bar
4. This candle close was just over the middle Bollinger (20), and the S1
5. Overall trend for N/U is up
What I didnt like:
1. Buying into the EMA 60, EMA 200, and the daily pivot.
It just didnt look like it had room to move up. And then it ran up to 0.7532 from 0.7484 a total of 44 pips.

What do you Veterans think? this was a good trade to take, or was it a pass?

it was a valid buy signal, so there should not have been any hesitation in taking the trade, the lags were in agreement.

Taking even 10 pips out of any trade with this kind of setup is a minimum, no matter what the trend was or is .

Offcourse, the MA;s and the pivot level may have been a factor but still you would have been in profit if it went and touched the pivot, if price is within 15-20 pips of the daily pivot, it will go there and either bounce or drop

below chart shows the entry of the trade , perfect setup for atleast +200pips ( BTW this trade is still open not yet closed and while time of writing it has crossed 200 pips )
