I started the month just fantastic and by the end of the month the market started biting me and taking my pips away from me. This happens to everyone but the most important thing is to come out positive, this month was excellent regardless of giving back the market lots of pips this last week.

Looking forward to October

well done on the end result with your trades, I have been watching your trades this month and was wondering what had changed since the begining of the month?

Have you looked back to see what you did different, as at the begining your accuracy was exceptional.

this is just my personal view and please don't take this the wrong way,but i feel your patience had slipped a little, your charts still looked to be as good as the earlier ones, but you entries seem to be premiture based on your first 2 weeks control over your trades.

It's almost like a feeding frenzy, i know the feeling when you start to get good at calls you start to jump in a little earlier as you feel you see the end result clearer, when in actual fact not all your signals are complete yet.

I hope you have taken a good weekend off and found your patience and or look at you trades to see the changes.

Best of pips for October, and i look forward to your posts.

Hi MPP,

Thanks for your comments and an excellent question. I have been thinking myself the past couple of days about why my trading suddenly changed and things weren't going as it should go.

The main thing that has affected me is that I have started looking at 15m chart all the time instead of the 1h/4h which I did at the beginning of the month, I'm going back to my 1h/4h charts.

As for the 15m trades, I'm trying to come up with something using the 'Daily pivot', auslanco's 15m strategy (version 1), and HK's MA's, we'll see how that goes.

This past week was just a disaster, I did every mistake a trader could do, I got emotional, greedy, impatient, and the list goes on. I have been thinking within myself and trying to get back into the 'right mindset' for trading. Hopefully I can get back to myself and stick to my plan instead of trying to outsmart the market lol. Discipline & Patience are keys to success.

GJ has broke to the upside as we know but we have a very strong resistance at 235.20-45, if this resistance is broken then 238 is definitely a target (Zoran's target for several weeks). A 50% retracement is possible first to 233.70 area where we also have 50ema.

Hi Karmo,

A quick note (for what it's worth, coming from a newbie) that I still think you're the best! Whatever went wrong the last couple of weeks, you'll simply learn from and come out even better. I always look for your posts first, and I thought you were more "quiet" than usual lately. Speak up, Karmo!! We're still listening. Take care.

i really feel that FF is the best forum in fx world, i already downloaded AUslanco strategy on my Vt trader and MT4, so dont worry i will follow your call but not blindly, i will confirm each signal on my chart first, and pls if i didnt understand why u made that call and that entry ,pls let me know to ask you why, just to learn and not to argue!
i will be ok soon i am sure about it! with all your helps guys here!
