LOL, I closed that last trade to early. It went up over +70 shortly after. Guess I can't kick my broker between the legs everytime.
Will be looking to short around 1.9700. Back in a little while.

This is only half my normal position. So, I will not be taking 50% off as usual.

Price has now shot up above 1.9700.
I am going to raise my stop up to 1.9670 to lock in some profit. To bad I didn't take a full position .

I stated earlier that I would be looking to short around 1.9700 and that is still true. I just wanted to see price action at that level before i do anything. In the meantime I will keep the long open and let it stop out or I will close it when I decide to short.

As an active cable trader myself may I say how much I have enjoyed reading your journal, especially the decisiveness of your execution when exercising your bias. Hope you keep it up.

Woops! This should read Trade #12 update. Post # 49 and 50 are part of Trade #12 (not #11). Sorry for confusion.

Just an update on the results for trade # 10 and 11.

Trade #10 was stopped at 1.9695 for +45. This half position so avg gain was +22.

Trade #11 was opened when #10 was stopped. Half was taken at 1.9675 for +20 and the 2nd half was closed at 1.9652 for +43. That gives me an avg gain of +31.



Running Total for Week of 12/11/06:
-25, +73, +17, +22, +31 = +118

Amazing stuff FX Tiger. When I try this active intraday stuff I invariable go the wrong direction. You obviously have a great feel for the market. What an inspiration.

Ok, price hit 1.9695 and has now fallen 40 pips.

I am going to move my stop to BE @1.9695

1st target was hit @ 1.9625 where 50% was taken off for +26.
I thought about moving my stop loss to BE on the remaining but have decided to give it some room and place it at 1.9660 ask.
