What kind of music you hear while you trade?

I know it's a bit cringe, but the mainstream Dubai house music. I like to vibe when im being patient, and it kinda matches to trading XAU.

Though I also like to listen to radio, just to have something to "fill the void"

I used to listen to music when I trade, butI stopped because it became distracting.Now, I just talk to myself and haveconversations with my inner being.

Personally, I've tried both classical music and sound waves, and neither has helped me.
However, listening to podcasts in my native language helps me a lot, especially depending on the tone of voice of the interviewer and the guest. I believe they have to be in my native language to simply filter the information without overthinking it and to feel a sense of connection. This feeling of connection somehow relieves the pressure.
