Dislikedno, I am saying that alpha decays over time. The markets are efficient. If you paint a black horse with white stripes, it doesn't become a Zebra. Too be honest, you asked for an opinion on what makes a good EA, and my answer is the regime. But take that for what it's worth, nothing, because everyone can have an opinion, and they are essentially worthless. If you make money, just keep doing you.Ignored

But now you said, that for you what matters in an EA is it being able to survive on different regimes and for me it makes perfect sense, if you build an EA that cant adapt to market regimes, you will lose money.
