Interesting, so what makes you believe that a human can do it? When the worst thing in trading is the mental part? and a bot don't need to deal with it.

Also an EA can be configured, no EA (atleast proper one) keeps the same settings for the entire lifetime.

if you have to adjust your parameters you are just curve fitting.

no, I am saying that alpha decays over time. The markets are efficient.
If you paint a black horse with white stripes, it doesn't become a Zebra. Too be honest, you asked for an opinion on what makes a good EA, and my answer is the regime. But take that for what it's worth, nothing, because everyone can have an opinion, and they are essentially worthless. If you make money, just keep doing you.

I am not here trying to fight with you or something similar, i am just trying to understand your point of view, because at the begining you said "No EA survives every regime, so you can't trust them.". I understood it as - trading with EA can't be good because they don't adapt to diferent market regimes.

But now you said, that for you what matters in an EA is it being able to survive on different regimes and for me it makes perfect sense, if you build an EA that cant adapt to market regimes, you will lose money.

No, I don’t think so. I’ve never seen any EA trader making consistent profits year after year. Sure, with an EA you might catch 6–8 months of gains, but markets move in long‑term cycles- and EAs simply can’t adapt to that.

My belief won’t help you or harm you, so keep doing what you’re doing.

It's a bit more subtle than this. Theoretically yes, an EA could be programmed to handle regimes. In practice, never.
The proper pipeline for all-weather algos requires a huge pipeline. Some elements are interchangeable but FX wise you'll likely have positioning, vol, price history, macro, gating which is where the regimes come in, then risk then finally execution with orderflow. To collapse that into one EA is totally unmanageable. I collapsed just vol and regimes together and that was a huge mistake - 60k lines of code. Imagine adding the rest. Send you round the bend.
