It took just an hour to gain 26 points, my friend.

For me, my friend, it came down to just this:


1- A notebook listing my entry rules.


2- Breathing exercises and waiting.


3- Waiting patiently and not chasing the price.


4- Identifying the swing range and determining the bias.


5- Pinpointing the area of interest.


6- Setting a five-minute alarm to keep my mind from wandering and to stay mentally alert.


My entry rules:


1- Price must be within my area of interest.


2- Price must be in the discount zone.


3- Receiving a priority entry signal: the signal was a rejection candle with absolutely no long upper wick.


4- MACD crossover to the upside.

5- Closing above the VWAP.


6- Breaking one or two previous highs.


7- Change of trend.


When these seven rules were met, I didn't have to worry about momentum or feel uncertain; I would simply "set and forget"—to the point where I could go have lunch with complete peace of mind.

If bulls have something to say, I'll be watching London high (1.14094)

And the underdog pulled it off, at least for the time being.

Still within bearish range though, longs requires caution.

Short from 1.1427; Target 1.1395 area. Price is trading in a weekly range between 1.143 to 1.138 area. After a look above and retreat of yesterday's H and also Friday's H @ 1.1431 I established the Short. With the Monthly/Quarterly close looming I'm expecting bull runs to hold 1.143 area through the daily close. I'll closely watch PA around the 1.14 area. If 15M bars breach previous 15M Highs, I'll tighten my take profit stop, which may be happening soon.
