Gold is taking support of 3960 and has shown multiple rejection from going down, It has already consolidated for about 2 trading sessions, and withing that consolidating range price is already following a rising trendline, hence it's safe to expect a breakout above the bearish trendline, and above the level of 4045, if price gives a clean breakout then we can consider taking longs trade, with an appropriate SL, as of now 3980 seems like a good Stoploss level.

summary: Wait for breakout for fresh entries. Cautious selling.

EURJPY M15 is trying to turn bullish, but it is not fully confirmed yet.
Price had a strong impulse up into the 184.78–184.86 area, then sold off and corrected back down toward 184.01–184.10. Since then, price has started to base and recover. The fresh buy reaction around 184.18–184.23 is coming from a support area, so the setup is valid, but buyers still need to break the nearby resistance around 184.27 to confirm continuation.
Pattern and candlestick read:
This looks like a bullish recovery base / rounded bottom attempt after a correction. The selloff from the high has slowed down, and price is now forming higher lows around 184.01–184.10. The candles are small and sideways, which means the market is still deciding. A clean bullish candle closing above 184.27 would confirm buyers are taking control again. If price rejects 184.27 and drops below 184.10, then the bullish setup weakens.
Key levels
Support: 184.18, then 184.10, then 184.01
Resistance: 184.27, then 184.35, then 184.44
Major upside target: 184.52–184.61

Price gave breakout above the level of 4045 on Friday & has retested the level of 4097 which is acting as an immediate resistance for the gold, if broken we can consider taking long positions, 4035 is acting as immediate support and price trying to find some strength at that level.

Trendlines should be noticed, bearish trendline broken on Friday and now it seems like price is respecting bullish trendline, price might retest the bullish trendline before showing it's continued up-move.

summary: Mostly sideways move is expected, Wait for breakout for fresh entries. Cautious selling.

gold & cable chopping about these key levels lately is obv just the big boys sweeping retail liquidity. no point rushing in before real direction shows, else we just become free fuel for the system. better to wait for a legit break & ride the flow, way less hassle tbh
