DislikedI think this is something many traders learn too late. People focus on maximizing profits, but the traders who survive long-term seem obsessed with limiting downside risk. The hardest part isn't knowing where to put a stop loss—it's preventing yourself from moving it, increasing size, or taking revenge trades after a loss. Did your confidence come mainly from having a strict risk plan, or from seeing the results compound over time? I struggle alot with my emotions and my risk management.Ignored

IMO, the market will tell a trader everything they need to know, including when to enter / exit, if the trader takes the time to learn how to read it. One of the my biggest breakthroughs was the understanding that strategies are NOT substitutes for analytical and trading skills.
