The divergences that have been evident on the hourly chart since last Wednesday are still in place, which should actually still suggest a stronger rally is coming soon. But now the zone around 1.1420 has effectively been broken, and the EURUSD has just hit a new yearly low, albeit by a narrow margin. Now, the bulls’ very last hope is a double bottom (daily chart) around 1.1410. It is also back in oversold territory, which would essentially suggest another rise is imminent. Let’s wait and see.
