Is the downtrend already over and are we about to see a rally? No, I don't think so. What's still missing, in my view, is a final sell-off. So far, the decline has been relatively orderly, and that's usually not how durable bottoms are formed. Therefore, I stick to my view that 1.1355 remains my provisional downside target, after which the situation will have to be reassessed. At the moment, EURUSD is in an oversold condition, with divergences appearing (H1 yellow line), suggesting a potential move higher. It's entirely possible that price first...
