Certainly, my friend, but you need to look at things from the higher timeframes down to the lower ones. The London open offered a reasonable price for selling, but in my opinion, selling just before the New York open doesn't make sense.

Long at 1.1476, extremely oversold When EURUSD is this extremely oversold, divergences are appearing, and the majority of market participants are already short, a sizeable counter-move should normally be getting close. Whether it actually happens remains to be seen, but there should at least be room for a decent move higher.
Closed at 1.1478, +2 pips - even though it was extremely oversold it took 4 hours to make a counter move, that's too long for me. That's why I'm out and flat now.

A clean start from New York.
However, the only condition that must be met for me to buy is a close at 1.14834.

I'm having trouble using the htf's as confluence due to the sheer size of the news event yesterday. 5m and 1m clearly show bullish control with bos but do i trust it? Or do we think price will try to make a new low? I lean towards bullish control. If there is one thing i know, it's that the other side does not like being out of control for that long. Thoughts anybody?

Also i would look at the 1h fvg from 1.14861 to 1.15068. Price popped into it and now we are printing a bearish 1h candle.
