Belon...I love your tech analysis above. Being a neophyte, can you tell me why you have projected the Euro going up before retracing? Personally, an upward move makes sense to me if the Iranian situation is resolved but i could be wrong.

Personally, I am more bearish, so from Monday the rate will first collapse steadily to around 1.1400, like a kind of free fall, peace to you colleagues

M15 Outlook for Monday

1. I stayed bearish until end of market closing. Since it was a very dull day, we didn't have much movement.
2. Depending on Monday opening, as long as candles stay below 1.15755, I rinse & repeat selling spikes and pullbacks..
3. Please note that 1.1585/90 area is weekly resistance!

Daily Chart. My technical homework says to buy this Sunday/Monday. Can we break above the latest bear flag?

To be honest, I don't understand anything from your schedule or what you want to tell us.

That's my view. The weekly chart looks bearish to me, and I think we could see a significant drop.

My market structure points have mostly held up so far from my [email protected] in mid April. As long as the current [email protected] remains below 1.16858 I'm trading it is as the next LH pivot.

[email protected] may well be the pivot high for now and time will tell, however I would like more upside ideally to around @1.16147 and @1.16460, so with fib confluence, it will be a stronger factor to start selling again.

Market opened with positive gap.. Critical resistance has been bypassed.

I switched to H1 and there I am marking 1.1572 as main support. No selling while candles open above it. Only buying!

The EURUSD market opened with significant bullish sentiment. The impact of the US-Iran peace agreement has reduced safe-haven flows, including to the USD, paving the way for a EURUSD rebound. The recent ECB rate hike also supported the Euro. Volatility could be high in anticipation of the continuation of the US-Iran peace agreement.

Im in a sell till at least 1.1580

Ah Sunday open.... on the D tf we can see multi day hh and hl, besides the 2 candles that have the equal low wicks.

I'll be looking for a failed break of the highs or a break of the local high with a nice rejection and then a sweep of the Equal lows or hopefully a continuation to the downside.

We shall see and adjust bias if need be.

I think it’s testing a major resistance on the daily and 4HR still in a downtrend from that huge double top on the daily and will keep going lower

On the H4 chart it looks still bearish for me, we have an reaction on the fib levels ( Golden Pocket)
The DXY have a Gap and you now, a Gap wanted to fill.

Today I am looking for shorts, but we will see it at the London open :-)

Missed the first push up, market got to it right away. Looking to get in long for the move to 1650....

Scaled up at 1.1616, BE 1.1595, will add more - it's in overbought territory

The reason why I’m structurally bearish on EURUSD is that economic, political and social tensions within the Eurozone continue to build, and the overall situation is gradually deteriorating. I don’t want to go into too much detail, as everyone can form their own opinion on the matter.

The US-Iran deal should put an end to the recent tug-of-war and allow markets to refocus on economic fundamentals. From that perspective, the medium- to long-term outlook still looks better for the US dollar.

That said, I trade primarily based on technical analysis, and from my point of view, the charts are also suggesting that EURUSD is more likely to turn lower again.
As I outlined last week, I was expecting a rebound toward the 1.1590–1.1610 zone, if it happened at all, before the broader downtrend resumes. Whether it plays out exactly like that, I don’t know, but that’s the scenario I’m trying to trade.
