Best way I do it is check the impact level on Forex Factory first. If it's USD high-impact news, expect pairs like EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY to move the most.

this one was a reaction to the trump truth social post, but it doesn't mean anything for the trend, it's been like this for months , dollar is still the strongest safe heaven currency, and the conflict is not ending sooner
