1D is timeframe telling us eur/usd will turn down and 1H timeframe is also telling 1H support se weak it will break then we should take trade sell side and if we are looking volume on 1H TF it tells us buyers is weak

I'm focusing on shorts mainly due to price nicely using the High volume areas of previous day and current day (red levels I have marked) along with some other confirmations.
Working timeframes: 3min, 5min, 15min

Update: I got murdered lol

H1 Quick Outlook

  1. First let's quickly remember the story: We had a strong sell-off down. After that came the corrective period with lots of choppiness.
  2. Now, on D1 we have 1.1568 and on H4, we also have 1.1558 as main resistance. Meaning a 10 pips thick resistant wall!
  3. Since we are below the higher timeframe resistance levels I want to stay bearish today.
  4. On H1, I want to sell but here the initial breakout level is 1.1544 and we are currently above it. I am with bears and I anticipate they will break below but I must wait until that happens and gets confirmed.
  5. I am marking 1.1542/44 as supportive and will wait until any H1 candle closes below it so I can continue selling.
  6. If bears fail and candles insist to stay above 1.1542/44, then of course we could try buying on M15... Time will tell..
  7. For now, it is sidelines for me!

Let's keep this thread about EURUSD and not system talk... but to give you a quick answer: Of course you can try opening longs whenever wma lines are blue.. totally up to you... I stood away from buying because I know that higher timeframes D1 and H4 were bearish and also had a barrier around 1.1558/68 so I saw buying as worthless and risky in this period of time...

M15: Chart is almost flat. Flat candle-flow often causes choppiness. Like I do on H1, I stay out on this timeframe as well.

Just watching and waiting for action!

M15: I am getting ready to try my first short entry. I marked 1.1544 as new sweet spot. Will try to sell there with help of M1...

*Also note on my M15 chart how the red zone resistance level at I 1.1554 worked perfectly. I didn't take it but system worked exactly as planned.

goodmorning everyone ,sl hit , i entered long after that 15 min bullish candle ,but it turned rejected as soon as 9:30 am arrived, wanted to buy today the whole day , didnt expect this much selling volatility since we are heading towars ECB statements , but i guess the investors know better . trade safily yall

Quick H4 Outlook

Chart below shows why both sides got stuck! The main direction is bearish but still, bears need to break below ~1.1525 area.

Bulls have it even harder. They first have to break out from the main trendline and then also above ~1.1560...

Therefore I am with bears! Eventually in the next 12 to 16 hours we should see some crazy attempts to break out of this narrowing area.

Time will tell..

I feel like it only makes sense to go short and keep the downward trend going, but at the same time, we have interest rates from the ECB, which will likely be increased (at least that is what the market is pricing in) and that I suppose would give for bulls... its the sort of things that make me really confused with technicals saying one thing and fundamentals saying otherwise. Would you mind sharing some of your experience over this matter Ata? Thanks in advance
